·   Design - We work with you on every detail of your site to ensure that your building is constructed to specifications.

·    Cost estimate - We provide cost estimates for each detail of your building. If changes are required we provide written change requests with costs before proceeding.  Highness prides itself on our ability to deliver your residential and commercial buildings at the cost agreed upon. There will be no cost surprises.

·  Project Management – Highness has full time construction Managers/Supervisors to oversee all aspects of the building process. We provide milestones for all phases of the construction process to ensure that the project stays on time and within budget.

·    Closing – Highness will provide you a detailed list of the companies that you will be required to contact to take possession of your building. We provide extensive materials list of products you may need in the future such as paint and stain types and codes.
